| This DTMF receiver IC offers excellent performance, and provides a tri-state data output for connection to suitable external devices and circuits. Digital counting techniques are used to detect and decode all the 16 DTMF tone pairs into a 4-bit code output. High-accuracy switched capacitor filters and dial tone rejection circuits are employed to eliminate the need for external filter circuits. The device operates from a 5V DC power supply and has a low power dissipation. Supplied in a 18-pin DIL package. |
